Welcome to all of the local adult basic education programs!
The local adult basic education (ABE) programs are responsible to the NMHED/Adult Basic Education Division for providing adult education and literacy services according to the requirements of the Workforce Investment Act (1998). Local ABE programs have responsibilities in the areas of fiscal oversight, data monitoring, program review, evaluation, and reporting. This website provides an overview of the grant application forms, state adult education policies, data reporting and annual program performance reporting.
