The Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of New Mexico GEAR UP (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs) is a seven- year U.S. Department of Education grant to increase college and career readiness for 11,000 students in 25 schools in 12 school districts. The grant is administered by the New Mexico Higher Education Department (NMHED).
The purpose of this request for proposals is to select a vendor to assist New Mexico GEAR UP in fulfilling program evaluation and reporting requirements for the remaining six years of the federal grant. In September 2013 the grant will begin its second school year with students in 7th grade through 12th grade graduation. The grant will conclude in 2019.
Program evaluation services include:
Data Analysis and Evaluation
Data Migration (for offerors other than the incumbent vendor)
One single source contract will be awarded.
